You should use the Konjac Sponges 2 to 3x per week to deeply cleanse your skin and remove dead skin cells.

Here’s a simple step-by-step: Step 1 - At night, before bedtime, gently scrub your pits with the Konjac Sponges, and remove with water. Scrub 2 to 3x per week. Step 2 - On dry skin, after scrubbing, apply the Strong and go to sleep. Step 3 - In the morning, apply the Deodorant for an extra fresh feeling.
